The Incentive Program is a positive motivational technique. This allows swimmers a way to earn their own equipment and swim gear through five basic ideals. The five areas of reward are sportsmanship, meeting or exceeding personal goals, academics, attendance, and community service. The incentive program is an outstanding way of motivating swimmers to do their best.
