* represent SEASTARS home swim meets. All swimmers are required to participate. All parents should plan on helping out in anyway possible. Timers, helpers, and food donations are encouraged.

Beginner practice: M-TH 12:00pm – 1:15pm
M,W,F 5:30pm – 7:00pm
Advanced practice: M-TH 12:00pm – 2:00pm
M,W,F 5:30-7:00pm
Swimmers are required to attend two practices a week in order to swim in meets. The more days swimmers practice, the greater benefit they will receive from our programs.
No Practice Days: July 3, Aug 24-28
